DELIVERY

Products purchased on alabonneheure.com are shipped according to the terms described under this chapter.

1. Shipping and Deliveries – use of your personal data

For safety reasons, A LA BONNE HEURE will not process orders to any post office boxes.

In order for delivery to be assured, you agree to provide your full and accurate address when placing your order, including any additional information deemed necessary, such as your building number, floor or door access code when applicable.

2. Shipping and Deliveries – Collect in store

It is also possible to organize a ‘’Collect-in-Store’’.  We kindly ask you to present yourself with a valid ID after receiving the message that your purchase is ready.

The collect address is in our boutique A LA BONNE HEURE, 2a rue Bodenbroek (place du Grand Sablon), 1000 Bruxelles. 

Please note that orders placed online can be collected in the store only during opening hours: 

MONDAY: on appointment

TUESDAY-FRIDAY: 11:00-18:00

SATURDAY: 11:00-18:30

SUNDAY: Closed

3. Shipping and Deliveries – Delivery zones

Once the payment for the order has been registered, the articles will be delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process. Any delivery address outside the buyer’s country of residence may be refused during the ordering process.

We deliver in Europe as explained in this chart. 

DELIVERY ZONES AND FEES

Deliveries to countries belonging to European countries but outside Europe are not considered as European deliveries (it is not possible to deliver to French overseas territories by selecting France as the delivery country, for example in the DOMTOM). Overseas territories are considered as countries outside Europe from a logistics and customs point of view. 

Deliveries outside Europe are also possible but we ask you to contact our customer service beforehand: contact@alabonneheure.com. 

We will always provide you with a tracking number.

4. Shipping and Deliveries – Delivery fees

The following chart displays the delivery fees.
Before you confirm your order, delivery costs will be indicated with the summary of your order. This amount is due in addition to the price of the products purchased.
Delivery is free for orders over €200. Express deliveries are possible on request by e-mail at contact@alabonneheure.com.
Except in special cases or when one or more items are unavailable, the products ordered are delivered in one go.

5. Shipping and Deliveries – Delivery times for products in stock 

We have different carriers depending on the value of the package. We will always provide you with a tracking number.
Delivery times in Europe depend on the carrier and can vary between two and three working days depending on the day you order.

We undertake to deliver the items ordered as soon as possible and at the latest within 2 working days after the order, subject to full payment of the price. During the ordering procedure, the seller will stipulate the possible delivery times and methods for the products purchased.

This delivery time is indicative and may be modified: in this case, you will be informed directly.

6. Shipping and Deliveries – Delivery times for products “Available on backorder”

If your product is not in stock and we should produce it on demand for you, we will inform you about the detailed production delays and delivery dates after receiving the confirmation of your order.

7. Shipping and Deliveries – Delivery problems

If, upon delivery, the appearance of the package is not perfect, the buyer will proceed to open it in the presence of the delivery person to check the condition of the item.
The buyer must check that the goods are compliant upon delivery and note any irregularities (package opened or damaged, etc.) in handwriting, if possible, on the delivery note, along with their signature. The buyer must then contact A LA BONNE HEURE  by e-mail contact@alabonneheure.com or by telephone. If the products purchased are not compliant or damaged before delivery, the buyer may return them for exchange provided the problem is reported upon delivery.

8. Shipping and Deliveries – Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within 7 days after delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract as soon as possible by means of a clearly worded statement or by using this form (for example, a letter sent by post, or e-mail to A LA BONNE HEURE,2 a rue Bodenbroek, 1000 Brussels, or by e-mail contact@alabonneheure.com).

The right of withdrawal only applies if:

  • Products are complete and in their original packaging;
  • Products do not present any sign of use, any scratch or any damage or any visible sign that confirms that the product has been worn
  • The invoice is with the product

The right of withdrawal is impossible for personalised products.
The right of withdrawal is also impossible on “available on backorder” products outside the standard size range from 49 to 56 for rings. “available on backorder” applies for goods that A LA BONNE HEURE should order or produce on demand, just for you.
These Personalized or “available on backorder” items will be identified under the product name in the cart just before confirming the order and these terms and conditions.

9. Shipping and Deliveries – Exchanges

The buyer can return any product purchased on the website for exchange within 7days of the delivery date if:

  • Products are complete and in their original packaging;
  • Products is not damaged
  • Products do not present any sign of use, any scratch or any damage or any visible sign that confirms that the product has been worn
  • The invoice is with the product
  • If the product was in stock and was not ordered with the “Available on back order” option
  • If the product ordered with the “Available on back order” option is not personalized and is included between the sizes 49 to 56 for ring sizes. 
  • The product is not personalized

The recipient of a gift may exercise the right to exchange, bearing in mind that in the case of a remote exchange via A LA BONNE HEURE  aftersales department, the recipient of the gift will not be refunded if there is a difference in price.
In the case where an item is exchanged, the initial sale will be cancelled. Payment from the previous sale will be used for the new sale, with any surplus payment leading to a credit note in favour of the buyer, provided they contact the A LA BONNE HEURE Aftersales services: contact@alabonneheure.com.

Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or taxes of State may be due.

The costs and taxes related to the delivery of an item are not billed by, nor part of A LA BONNE HEURE Store’s responsibility, but are dependent on and borne to the buyer.

RETURNS

A LA BONNE HEURE Jewelry is committed to providing only high-quality products. 

Should you for any reason want to return an item, you may choose to exchange it or to return it, for a full refund/exchange.

The recipient of a gift may exercise the right to exchange, but will not be refunded. 

In the case of a refund, the original buyer will be credited in the way that matches the original payment method used or by bank transfer.
The return shipping costs will be at your charge.

Please note that refunds may take up to 15 days to complete following the reception of your return. 

A LA BONNE HEURE reserves the right to deduct any additional bank charges and commissions connected with the method of payment.

The delivery fees incurred when returning products will only be refunded if the return is justified by the non-compliance of the products delivered (reference error). 

A LA BONNE HEURE will not be responsible in the event of loss, shipment to the wrong address or late delivery of a product that the buyer wishes to return to the seller. The risks pertaining to the transport you choose and instigate are your sole responsibility.

We recommend you to use the original shipping method for returns. Returned jewelry must arrive unworn, in pristine condition and in their original packaging.
