Our Website is a Belgian site held by A LA BONNE HEURE SPRL and our privacy policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation EU 2016/679).

We are committed to protecting your privacy and honoring the integrity of your personal information. We do not sell or pass any information collected through this website to others except as disclosed in this privacy policy.

We will use your data for the following purposes:

1 – INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US

When you purchase something from our store or website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, date of birth, email address and telephone number.
When you purchase products online or by phone we collect information such as your purchase details and relevant payment information. In addition, we collect personal information from you when you correspond with us, for example if you contact us with a query about one of the products or services. Moreover, we collect your information when you agree to provide your details when you visit the A LA BONNE HEURE boutique or contact us by telephone.
We also collect certain information automatically about visitors to our platform, described in the section headed “COOKIES” (please see Cookie policy) 

2 – HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We will use the information we collect from you to:

  • Manage and fulfil purchase and repair orders, facilitate delivery, and to provide after-sales services;

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
